1. Eligibility

Location: Open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who reside within a 50-mile radius of the Houston SmileRight office or residents of the U.S that enter the contest through one of the methods stated in this page.

Age: Entrants must be 18 years or older. If the treatment is for a minor, a parent or legal guardian must enter on their behalf.

Exclusions: Employees of SmileRight Braces, their immediate family members, and advertising partners are ineligible.

2. How to Enter and participate to win.

Method A (Event Entry): Attend the Open House on May 2, 2026, take an office tour, and complete an official entry form.

Method B (Alternative Method of Entry): No purchase or treatment start is required. Eligible residents may enter by mailing a letter to Smileright at 17375 Tomball Parkway Houston, TX 77064.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not improve the chances of winning.

3. The "Start Now" Provision

Patients who start orthodontic treatment prior to May 2, 2026, are eligible to enter. If an active patient is selected as a winner, SmileRight Braces will credit the remaining balance of their standard $2,998 treatment plan.

Note: Winning does not apply to previous, completed treatments or treatments started at other offices.

4. Prize Details & Clinical Suitability

Prize: Ten (10) winners will receive a standard comprehensive orthodontic treatment (Braces) valued at $2,998.

Clinical Requirement: Winners must be deemed "clinically eligible" for braces by a SmileRight orthodontist. If a winner is not a candidate for treatment (e.g., severe periodontal disease), the prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Exclusions: Prize covers up to $2,998 treatment fee only. It does not cover external costs (extractions, cleanings, or X-rays from outside dentists) or upgrades (Invisalign/Ceramic).

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected via random drawing on May 2nd, during the event.

An Email Notification will be sent to the registered email in case the winner is not present at the event at the time of selection.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Publicity: By entering, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation.

6. Release of Liability

Participants agree to release SmileRight Braces and its partners from any liability, injury, or loss arising from the event or the use of the prize.

7. Non-Transferable; No Cash Value: 

The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by SmileRight Braces, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable value if the intended prize is not available. The prize has no cash surrender value and cannot be applied as a credit toward previous balances or other dental services.
